With over 25 years of real estate experience and more than 25 years of experience as a residential real estate appraiser, I bring a broad and practical understanding of residential property to every transaction. My professional background also includes design and construction project management, giving me additional insight into property improvements, functionality, potential, and value.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping people turn the dream of homeownership into reality. Buying or selling a home can sometimes seem complicated and overwhelming.
